Questions

Does this cost anything?

No. Not now, not ever. DHR is paid by the companies that put seats on the board. A hand never pays to be matched, to get a resume built or to apply.

Who sees my resume?

A company sees it when you apply to one of their seats, and not before. Companies do not get a list of the hands in here.

Do I have to live in North Dakota?

No. The board carries seats in the Bakken, the Permian, the Rockies, East Texas and Alberta. Tell us where you will work and whether you are looking for jobs that provide housing, and you only see seats that fit that. If you are, you may also see a few seats on the board whose posting does not promise housing. Those say it right on the seat, so you know to ask them.

What if I already applied somewhere?

That company stays off your list for 30 days, because you are already in their inbox. Every other seat that fits is fair game.

No CDL and no experience?

Pick Anything that gets me started. Some seats on the board take a green hand, and you see every one that does. Our Oilfield Beginner Course walks through how hands with no patch time get hired.

Do you email me?

Once a week: our weekly jobs email, with the whole board in it. Reply UNSUBSCRIBE to any of them, or turn the email off on your seats page, and it stops. Your seats page keeps working either way.

How do I get off?

Open your seats page and tap Take Me Off. Your name, number, answers and resume are deleted on the spot, and the emails stop.
