What This Job Is

Running the cement pumper on location. Rig in, mix, pump, pressure test, plug drops, wash up, rig out.

Through the job you are watching pressure, rate, density and volume and calling what you see.

Between jobs the unit is yours: function tests and inspections before it leaves the yard, 300 hour service, greasing, iron treating, fluid end inspections, and rebuilding Chiksans and Neutron valves.

Magnum calls this the Operator 2 seat. You work alongside the Greenhands and the bulk drivers and help the Supervisor get the job prepped.

Duties

• Running the pumper on location: rig in, mix, pump, pressure test, plug drops, wash up, rig out.
• Watching pressure, rate, density and volume through the job and calling what you see.
• Function tests and inspections before the unit leaves the yard.
• Shop maintenance on the unit, 300 hour service, greasing, iron treating, fluid end inspections.
• Rebuilding Chiksans and Neutron valves.
• Working alongside the Greenhands and the bulk drivers and helping the Supervisor get the job prepped.

What You Need

$22-30/hr. Class A CDL in hand and a clean driver record. This is the Operator 2 seat. Minimum 1 year driving. Lifting up to 50 lbs. 15 days on, 6 off, on call 24 hours. Local to Williston, or willing to get yourself there.
