What This Job Is

Heavy equipment work out of Williston, Monday to Saturday, and you are normally home every night.

You run excavators, dozers, blades, rollers, loaders and scrapers on site and pad builds, roads, ponds and reservoirs, and reclamation.

It takes a minimum of 2 years running heavy equipment. No CDL needed. Arkon runs a pre-employment drug test and an MVR check.

Duties

• Run excavators, dozers, blades, rollers, loaders and scrapers.
• Work on site and pad builds, roads, ponds and reservoirs, and reclamation.
• Dig, push, cut, fill, grade and compact to the grades and plans for each job.
• Do your pre-op checks and walkarounds so your machine is safe and ready to run.
• Work safely around trucks, other machines and the ground crew on active job sites.

Where You’d Be

Williston, North Dakota. Arkon Earth Construction does excavation, trucking and civil site work across North Dakota and Montana, with 16 years of experience. They were formerly Storbakken & Sons.

Their work runs from oilfield site and road construction to commercial and residential site prep, ponds, dams and reservoirs, municipal roads and land reclamation.

Pay is $30 to $35 an hour, $85-90K a year, with health, dental and vision insurance.

What You Need
