Water hauling and vac truck work out of Wayne’s shop in Watford City, Monday to Friday on a local route. Every job is local to McKenzie County.
You transfer fluids, suck out sumps and getty boxes, haul fluid to back up the hot oil trucks, and drain and fill vessels and lines when customers ask.
It takes a Class A CDL with a tanker endorsement. Their insurance needs 2 years on a CDL, and no oilfield experience is needed.
Duties
- Transfer fluids, suck out sumps and getty boxes, and move it where it needs to go.
- Haul fluid to back up the hot oil trucks.
- Drain and fill vessels and lines when customers ask.
- Run your assigned jobs, keep your invoicing done daily and communicate with customers properly and promptly.
- Service the truck daily to company standards and work with the mechanic on scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
- Drive a commercial truck in every kind of road condition, plus other duties dispatch assigns.
Where You’d Be
Watford City, North Dakota. Wayne’s Trucking Inc. got its start in 1996 and runs hot oil trucks and water haulers out of its shop in Watford City.
$85,000 to $130,000 a year, based on experience.
Monday to Friday on a local route.
Live in the Watford City area, or move there, before your first day. There is no company housing.
What You Need
- A Class A CDL
- A tanker endorsement
- 2 years on a CDL, for their insurance
- No oilfield experience needed
- Able to pass a background check and a drug and alcohol test
- Live in or move to the Watford City area before you start
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
