Truck-mounted heater and a high pressure pump, and wells that don't freeze on a schedule.

Carry hoses and hard line from the truck to the wellhead or tank battery, make up your connections with hand tools, rig up the pumps and the burner. Then run it: burner on, watching gauges, flow meter, temperature and pressure, fluid levels the whole job.

Circulating heated fluid down flowlines, tubing and casing. Melting paraffin, thawing frozen lines, pressure testing and treating to spec.

50 pounds of lifting and you're outside in it. Long hours, nights, weekends and holidays.

Castle asks a Class B or better, a Class A covers it, with no automatic restriction. H2S and SafeLand help and can be trained.

Duties

Run a truck-mounted hot oil unit, heater and high-pressure pump, to circulate heated fluid down flowlines, tubing and casing.
Melt out paraffin, thaw frozen lines, and pressure test and treat wells to customer spec.
Rig up and rig down your own hoses and connections at the wellhead. High heat, high pressure, all weather.
Pre and post trips, e-logs, field tickets. You are running the unit and the paperwork.
Nights, weekends and callouts come with it. Wells do not freeze on a schedule.

What You Need

Class B CDL or better, 2+ years experience, no automatic restriction, a clean MVR and a drug test. H2S and SafeLand help but can be trained.

How This Seat Pays And What It Asks

Castle pays hot oil by the hour, and the rate depends on your experience. Water, sand and supervac are the Castle seats paid by the load.
