What This Job Is

Heavy equipment work out of TTK’s Watford City yard, on oilfield construction and maintenance. Full time.

You run excavators, trackhoes, dozers, backhoes and loaders, with your own pre-op checks and daily logs.

It takes a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent, and a CDL is preferred. TTK has housing available.

Duties

• Run heavy equipment like excavators, trackhoes, bulldozers, backhoes, loaders and cranes in support of drilling, construction and maintenance work.
• Do pre-operation checks and routine inspections and maintenance so the equipment is safe and ready.
• Prep and keep up job sites: clear debris, level surfaces and set up safety barriers, and help set up and tear down equipment.
• Grade, dig, lift and move material to the project specs.
• Keep daily logs, report progress, and report equipment problems, hazards or incidents to your supervisor right away.
• Follow the safety, environmental and industry rules on every site.

Where You’d Be

Watford City, North Dakota. TTK Enterprises is a locally owned, family operated outfit founded in 2019, running roustabout, construction, light civil, trucking, contract pumping and hydrovac crews across Western North Dakota.

$26 to $34 an hour.

TTK has housing available if you’re coming from out of the area.

What You Need

• A valid driver’s license, and a CDL is preferred
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Proven heavy equipment experience, especially in oil and gas, is preferred
• Time on trackhoes and hydraulic excavators is highly desirable
• A plus: vocational training or a heavy equipment certification
